spent a night at a fabulous chalet in Seaton, and the experience was outstanding! It was spotless, adorable, and had a great location, only a short drive to Seaton or Beer. The place was quiet, parking was easy, and it had everything we needed, including a stereo and Netflix on TV. The owners were lovely too!
One small issue - taxi availability was unreliable.

Chalet 12A was peng, fam! Perfect pad for a lit break with the squad. Bare clean, cozy, and had all the vibes. It's like 30 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium and a short drive to Beer and Seaton. No long ting to get our party on! The owners were sound as well, proper looked after us. Safe to say, we were gutted to bounce this morning!

Fabulous location, away from crowds and very peaceful.
Property is located at the top of a steep hill, making it difficult to walk back from town.

The chalet at 12A in Seaton is an absolute gem! The terrace offers stunning garden views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The cozy living room with a flat-screen TV creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus for whipping up tasty meals. The two bedrooms provide a comfortable and peaceful sleep.
It's not really a con, but for me personally, I could do without the one bathroom fitted with a shower. Others might not mind it though!

We had a fantastic stay at a chalet in this hotel. It was clean, tidy, and spacious for our needs. The location was great, just a short drive away from the beach towns of Lyme Regis and Charmouth. The staff, Shelley and Martin, were super helpful and were really good expectations. They even provided temporary accommodation for us during a fire incident on the hotel, very much appreciated. we felt well taken care of and had a great experience.
There was nothing we didn't like.

It was like the ultimate chill spot for us and our squad. We drove to this wicked location that was hella close to Seaton and Beer. The chalet itself was epic - super cute and clean, and had all the things we needed, like a sick stereo and a TV with Netflix for our marathon sessions after long walks. And the owners were totally cool too! Seriously, we didn't wanna leave!
Okay, so here's the one thing that could've been better for us party rockers - we wished there was a nearby place to hangout and grab food or drinks. Like, we tried calling taxis a few times, but no one answered, man!

It was super close to both Seaton and Beer, so we had plenty of options for hanging out and having a blast. The chalet itself was clean, cozy, and had all the gadgets we needed - Netflix included! Plus, the owners were really cool and made us feel right at home. We didn't want to leave this morning, seriously!
The only thing that could've made our stay even more epic would've been if there was a cool party room or a game console. Like, imagine having a chill hangout spot or a place to play some intense video games?

Chalet 12A was fantastic value for money, with a spotlessly clean and well-equipped room. The location was excellent, tucked away in a peaceful area but still just a short drive from the town and beach. The owners were lovely and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety and options.
